Queer A.F. Community - Ganesha’s Pride Garden

This piece was created as part of Queer Arts Featured's annual Wet Paint installation, where the gallery is transformed into a blank canvas offered to the community to create on. Everything from canvases to frames, furniture to walls is open space for creativity.

In 2024, Another Planet Entertainment offered recycled materials from their renovation of The Castro Theater to be used as art supplies. We covered each gallery wall with the film projection screen and used the floorboards to create canvases and frames. 

This work is the embodiment of community collaboration, the ethos of Queer A.F.
